SOUTH SEASIDE PARK

HOMEOWNERS & VOTERS ASSOCIATION

About Us

The start of the South Seaside Park Homeowners and Voters Association began in August, 2010 when several residents and neighbors began to form small groups in the hopes of getting the homeowners and residents of South Seaside Park together in a united voice to address the many issues we face.

Realizing there's strength in numbers, these small groups united and put together a town meeting that was held on August 21, 2010 which was attended by over 400 concerned homeowners and residents.

Knowing that so many of our neighbors were as outraged as we were by the circumstances we face and lack of services we receive from Berkeley Township, it was decided that there was a need to form an association to join together all of the homeowners and residents of South Seaside Park.
And so, on October 1, 2010, The South Seaside Park Homeowners and Voters Association was formed.

The SSPHVA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit association consisting of 9 volunteers serving on the Board of Directors. The SSPHVA is certified by the State of New Jersey and is governed by stated by-laws.

In addition to the Board of Directors, the SSPHVA currently has many additional volunteers who have assisted our association in various ways over the past years with their time and services.
